JOB OVERVIEW

One of our client located in Bangkok is searching for a virtual assistant who will meet the following required skills:

- Working time: 2h/day - 5 days a week
- WordPress: medium at least, advanced would be an advantage
- Social media (FB and LinkedIn posting) medium at least
- Community Manager - to be familiar with basic terminology of Action Learning
- Perfect written English

The Assistant will be in charge of:
Reply with semi-standard answers to inquiries received through the company's website
Basic updates in WordPress of pictures and text on the company's website
Monitor a number of activities on FB and LnkedIn and like/post/share where appropriate
Sending out standard messages to contacts based on calendar of events
Create standard operating procedures for future reference of all assigned activities
Observe the postings created by a social media expert over a 9 month period, in order to be able to take over these postings begin 2020
Listen in to monthly meetings (90 minutes) and capture minutes of meeting
Begin 2020, create social media posts based on the experience gained in 2019 (9 posts per month on FB and LI)
Operating process:
Any new task will be explained verbally through skype calls; after some applications with monitoring, the assistant will create a standard operating procedures and then continue the particular activity.
