it's much simpler interface and much easier to use. If you have experience using Gorgias then that is a big PLUS.
The best applicant will have experience dealing and being pleasant to customers and responding in the best way possible. We don't want refunds and chargebacks. We need you to respond with the best solution based on your previous experience. When we hire you, you should be ready to go with answering tickets with little or no supervision. We will help answer any questions but if you have experience you should know what to do.
While your first priority will be Customer Service, We will need you to also help with social media comment moderation by responding positively to customer comments and hiding comments are negative.
