-Excellent vocal skills and language fluency
-Spanish & English social media post creation and scheduling.
-Certain calls to clients - account management.
-Sales Calls (warm-hot leads will be provided, and there is commission and residual income!)
-Create social profiles adding to LastPass and connect it to SocialPilot and Hootsuite w/ setup (logos, bio from the website etc. - maybe basic photoshop, if not then no big deal)
-Picking content on Capzool and scheduling for a couple of clients that's appropriate based on guidelines
-Virtual Assistant tasks, to the CEO & Operations Manager
-Content Writing (Blogs, web content)
-Handoff some of the reports (at least simpler ones) as the client list grows
-Optional: Photoshop skills
You will know or will need to learn confidently within the first 1-2 months: Asana, Slack, Toggl, GSuite, Dialpad, Zoom, UberConference, Pipedrive, Bark, PandaDoc, LastPass, Hootsuite, SocialPilot, WordPress Content Management
