Need a graphics designer (who understands American Pop Culture) to make custom Meme's!!

Most important skills for this are:
1) graphics design skills (don't have to be advanced though).
2) understand American "pop culture", meaning you are somewhat aware of current popular celebrities, trends, and familiar with American music, current events, etc. You don't have to be an expert on this, but you need to be somewhat familiar.
3) able to be creative and come up with original ideas for meme's and fun content for a music related brand.

Video editing skills will also be helpful, but not required.
