LETS BUILD AN EXCITING BRAND TOGETHER!! SOCIAL MEDIA AND WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

INTRO
I am looking for a creative someone looking to be part of a very exciting project and to build a new brand together. I would like someone who understands that building a brand takes time and is happy to commit to developing something long term. I Like someone who has their own ideas, can recommend alternatives to my ideas (you will be the expert in certain aspects, not me ?) and someone who is honest and reliable.

Tasks and responsibilities will vary as the brand grows but initially it will be very focused towards social media interaction and writing articles. A website is currently in production and when it is completed and the brand grows a wide variety of responsibilities will become available and additional skills required. Such as;

TASKS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
You don’t need to tick every box here, just let me know what you specialize in and lack in from the below as I am happy to compromise;

Email management
Website management
SEO management of the website, new articles and images
Social media marketing

Facebook and Instagram ads
Assessing analytics of social media accounts and analysing which type of ads performs best
Good English is necessary as this is a personal brand
Writing articles
Typing up articles from hand written notes


TRAIL AND LONG TERM STABILITY
Initially I would prefer a trail period involving only social media interaction and writing articles. Then from there can we can look at the required skillset before going permanent along with the responsibilities listed above as the brand grows. After the trail period and if standards are kept consistent I promise you long term job stability. I don’t believe in over working or time tracking software as this crushes the mind for ideas. I like people to enjoy their job but I will require a standard of work.


SALARY
To begin with the wages will be in the lower threshold but will be reviewed after 4 weeks. I don’t agree paying people as little as possible and rather pay their true worth or more. Also along with this you have the choice of leaving inside the first 4 weeks, no questions asked, and neo negative review from me ?, just as long as you let me know. We pay 13 months salary as standard. Bonus’ are also available and will be paid on top of this.

After the initial 4 week review, your salary will be evaluated at least every 12months
