ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING FORMAN

Job Summary.

Supervises construction of buildings and structures to include; foundations, numerous sidings, various roofing, framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

01. Supervises and directs team members in order to complete daily assigned tasks.
02.Ensures proper and timely delivery of equipment and tools to complete goals.
03.Performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
04.Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines.
05.Supervises the construction ensuring proper supports, columns, headers and beams are in accordance with local building codes.
06.Performs other duties as assigned or required.
