How to build a blog (Youtube Video)

I need someone who can create a video that I want to upload in my YouTube channel. The video will be about how to create a blogging site from the scratch. I will provide the instruction. Also I will provide the domain and hosting. Here are the requirement for the candidates who are interested -

1. Candidate have to be experienced with hostgator and wordpress.
2. Have to have experience creating blogging site before - (If created blogs with Extra theme that's a plus).
3. Have to be comfortable speaking while shooting the video on the for the YouTube channel - this is a step by step video that could be seen by anyone to create a blog from the scratch. Here is video I want you to see. This is what I expect after the video is created -

4. The candidate should have tools to create an edit video in their laptop device. I would like to review the video before finalizing.
