JOB OVERVIEW

Thank you for your interest in our sourcing specialist position! We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing Canadian owned company

Due to the growth, this position may evolve with time.

We are currently looking for a VA/Researcher who has experience with sourcing high quality produces from online stores to then sell on Amazon. This position consists of searching both US and Canadian websites (through Tactical Arbitrage software and manually), for good quality products, carefully analyzing them, comparing them to prices on Amazon to see if they meet our criteria for profitability and a good find and recording them in a spreadsheet.

The ideal candidate MUST have at least 1-2 years (preferably more) of solid experience as a Amazon sourcer/researcher using Tactical Arbitrage software and manual methods. We do not feel that this is a position for a beginner. If you are a beginner, please do not apply. Additional Arbitrage add-on programs (Tactical Bucket, Storefront Stalker, RevSeller, Jungle Scout) is a big plus. MUST have a strong working knowledge of all Online Arbitrage tools (Keepa, FBA calculator, Seller Central) and the ability to calculate ROI (although most calculators do this for you). Reading and analyzing Keepa charts is essential to this position. Knowing how to read trends and understanding seasonability to make good buying decisions is necessary. Understanding how to do currency conversions through XE Converter and applying it to a .CA ---------- scenario is necessary (although easy to learn).

We offer flex scheduling. There may be times when we may ask you to work specific hours (i.e. when there are sales such as Black Friday). You can run Tactical Arbitrage at night while you are sleeping and go through results during the day. A good quality internet connection is essential as having 10 plus scans will be happening at once. Bonuses and incentives will be in place. We treat our employees very well and reward them according to quality work and performance.

You must be comfortable communicating via Skype by text and occasionally face to face to discuss tasks, as well as emailing and have the ability to give status ---------- munication is key!

We will provide feedback on your product finds so that you can improve, and be available to answer any questions that you may have. However, we expect that you already have a great deal of experience doing this research successfully.

- Comfortable working with Google Drive - Sheets & Docs (easy to learn if you know Excel)
