Need a T-shirt designer / illustrator for long term basis

I am looking for an expert Graphic Designer who has an understanding of Typography and graphic T-Shirt Design. experience with the Merch by Amazon platform will be a added advantage
Ideal candidate should have decent internet connection and skills with adobe etc.

work:
we will usually forward you a concept of design either by way of text , graphics , sample tshirt from other brands etc and we expect you to use your creativity to create something better with your own spin. If you make use of any elements from FREE websites you have to let us know in ---------- no way we would want you to copy someone else's design etc. hence we would want to work with some one who can create Original design" only !!!!!!

Selection criteria:
We will base this on your creativity, type of designs u have created in ---------- of design you can do per day etc
Please forward us your portfolio of similar work along with the details
- do you like to get paid per design or you prefer a monthly salary
- when you reply with your proposal start with the answer to question whats the colour of sun
- Send us some designs with recent client
- we prefer to work with someone who would wanna take up our work full time so if you are already working for someone it wont be ideal for us. if you have already left your previous client give us the reason for leaving the previous client

we have some serious work in line so a strong candidate has a lot of chance to grow along with us on long term basis
