Personal / Virtual Assistant - Basic VA plus other responsibilities

My company is in the self development niche and mostly based on line.

Currently the company consists of just myself. However I do outsource various bits of work.

What I am advertising for here is a very exciting opportunity to become a part of my team. As it is just myself at the moment you will obviously be a very important part of the company.

The number of hours required are likely to quickly increase to a full time role and as the company expands and I take on more VA's there is potential that this role could lead into the opportunity for promotion as a ---------- sentials

- Inbox Management

- It is essential that you are an excellent communicator in both written and spoken English.

- Being able to respond to messages in a polite and courteous way for customer services tasks.

- Experience of Facebook social media management

- attention to detail

- Being able to make suggestions for improvements.
I am always looking to improve procedures and the business. At first I am sure you will just wish to learn procedures. But as you get proficient it is great to hear any ideas on how to improve procedures

- Google Docs

- Company and trends research
A part of your role once you learn the industry will be looking at competitors and trends to make recommendations of new products that we can launch, new ways of working and ways of improving the business by keeping ahead of the curve.

- Excel
small amount of knowledge required and be able to do formulas such as VLookups.



Other desired skills - Please bear in mind that I do not expect you to have these skills (and the ones above are most important) but if you did have any of these it is worth mentioning. If you do not have any of these skills it should not put you off applying.

- Social media skills / experience other than Facebook
- Graphic design skills
- Video editing skills
- Wordpress / web editing
- Understanding of apps
- Xero - Accounting software
