Organize office operations and procedures
Handle administrative requests and queries from Executive Officers
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Write letters and
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
Communicate with clients, architect and interior designers in a positive and organized manner
Coordinate logistics for receiving and delivery of client items
Handle multiple projects

Qualifications are:
Bachelors Degree in any field but Interior Design will be an advantage
1-2 years’ experience with office management or administrative experience
Extremely detail oriented, proactive and focus
Efficient with an ability to take initiative and problem solve independently.
Resourceful, flexible, dependable, and service oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good at organizing creative people and their tasks.
Possess strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
Willing to be assigned in Makati and with Saturday working schedule
