reputable manager as soon as possible.

Job offering for a “Manager” who can hire, manage, and guide a staff of Social Media professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in management.
• Flexible and accommodating and able to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required.
• Excellent communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with quick response time.
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor and team leader with a high degree of confidentiality a must.
• Must have their own laptop computer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The prospective “Manager “will have to hire and manage a staff of social media experts knowledgeable in the following: Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest,
Tumblr, Reddit, Flickr, and Snapchat.
• Accomplishes office goals by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure daily operations adhere to management policies and regulations.
