Background: We sell driving lessons to customers over the phone and through
Activities before the sale:
Keep the CRM updated with the most recent and accurate information relevant to each deal, taking info from all sources
Check all contact sources to see if any records need updating and update
Answer any questions that leads have.
Activities after the sale:
Ensure that instructors contact customers and agree on a teaching location as soon as possible after the customer pays for the lesson. Once we sell a lesson, we need to contact the instructor to make sure they will teach the lesson. You’ll do this by calling and texting. If they are unavailable, we need to find an alternate instructor to teach the lesson, which you’d do by going through our list of nearby instructors and seeing if they can teach the lesson.
Activities after the lesson
Contact the customer to collect feedback. Share feedback with team, including instructor.
If feedback is positive, solicit customer to write reviews on Yelp and Google My Business.
Hours per week: 40. 8 hours per day, M-F
Schedule: 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST. You can do this work any time between 9 and 5.
Flexibility preferred to facilitate calls with customers and instructors after their work hours.
Skills and Experience: Must have a friendly and engaging personality and love talking on the phone with people. We’re looking for someone who likes to drive and push to make the sale happen. You must have a quiet work area with no background noise as you’ll be on the phone. Must also have high speed internet, a reliable computer, and a headset. Additionally, you must also have a smartphone with a data plan in the event that you lose power or internet at your workstation. You must be highly adept at figuring things
