Web designer needed (design and conversion to HTML/CSS)

I am looking for a web designer who can design a fully responsive eCommerce website. The design needs to be working well on small screens first and then for larger screens. Once the design is done it needs to be converted to HTML, CSS, JavaScript. The client already has a shop at Upgrade to see actual info. Now they want some changes:
- No menu on the left
- No boxes on the right
- The left menu should be replaced with a mega menu like at Upgrade to see actual info (Under Get the look, Inspiration, etc.)
- The boxes on the right can be replace with two sliders
