Are you really organized with a strong eye for details?

Our growing marketing firm is looking for a talented VA who can help us with the following:

• Setup & schedule emails in constant contact – knowledge of constant contact is a plus but not a requirement. We will provide training if needed.
• Maintain our calendar with a high degree of accuracy
• Help with basic ad design
• Organize our dropbox files
• Perform some basic social media tasks
• Research various topics

We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
• Speaks & writes English well
• Strong communication skills
• Works well with deadlines and understands priorities
• Strong Attention to detail
• Is very organized

This is a full-time job working 9am – 7pm US eastern standard time hours.
