Looking for video editor with graphic design experience

Hello, we are looking for a video editor and preferably someone that can become our entire multimedia content creator. We need someone with the following experience:

- experience editing videos, especial learning type videos by adding text overlay text, relevant stock images and graphics.
- preferably some graphics design experience/knowledge to just make video thumbnails and text designs for videos.
- preferably someone with experience creating learning type videos.
