WordPress Developer

Hi there! We are looking to add a WordPress Developer to our growing team. We view all members of the company as highly valued team members, working to grow the company together, while at the same time growing and learning as well.

Specifically, this position is a Developer and NOT a Designer. You will be handling WordPress Development lead by our creative team. We will provide designs, psds and mockups to build. We may need additional help in custom CSS, and plugin modifications.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
You will work under the creative team
We will provide designs, mockups and creative guides
You will be given short deadlines with the expectations of fast turn around
You will need to work during US Central Standard Time

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay on a weekly basis for 1st week, biweekly after 1st week.
• We pay bonuses for great work and employees who show initiative and drive to grow the business
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every week you work, you proportionally accrue paid time off, totaling 12 days over the entire year.
