Customer Representatives Wanted

We have an ecommerce website selling wedding dresses and prom dresses. Our customers are primarily located in the US. We are looking for female customer representatives to help us handle pre-sale inquiries and after-sale questions. You will be required to communicate with the customers through telephone and online chat

In order to qualify for this job, you are required to meet the following qualifications:

1. You must speak fluent English. You needs to know how to communicate with customers, understand their questions, help them find answers and satisfy their needs. You need to be friendly and nice.
2. You are willing to work on different shifts including night shifts (due to the jet lag), the working load is 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
3. You need to have some experiences in call center or working as a customer representative before.
4. You must have internet connections and can use Skype to take inbound calls and make outbound calls.

Salary and Benefits

1. Base salary will be 23000 PE Per month. Bonus will be included if you can convert more sales through telephone/online chat.
2. You will be paid on holidays and vacations. Vacation will be up to 10 business days per year.
3. Bonus will be available at the 12th month, based on the performance in the previous year.
