RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of our team, you’ll be asked to offer an exceptional and genuine customer service experience in order to surpass client’s expectations.

- Answer incoming calls in a positive, sincere and energetic manner and advocate for our customer needs resulting in a personalized experience.

- Make outbound calls in response to special request and voicemails left by our customers

- Responding to clients via email and through social media (FB & IG PMs/Comments).

- Other admin tasks may also be part of their day to day

- Obtain, note, confirm and operate with great care and in a confidential manner all of our client’s personal information

- Listen to our clients and ask the right questions to solve all service inquiries, identify client’s needs and recommend the best solutions possible

- Solution oriented and good problem solver

-Show empathy and a positive attitude that will reassure our clients and results in high satisfaction level;

- Show strong level of collaboration and teamwork with your colleague hence helping to maintain a culture of mutual support and information sharing.

- Participate in team meetings over Skype (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)

- Open to constructive feedback (coaching culture)

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to work 40 hours per week.

- Available to work night shifts Philippines time to answer phone in quiet environment with no background noise.

- Available to work at all times including weekends & some holidays

- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience in a customer care role (Excellent level of English both spoken and written is required). Spanish would be a plus

- Fast & reliable internet connection

- A peaceful environment to work in

- Good communication skills allowing you to use an appropriate vocabulary but also to listen actively in order to understand the client needs

- Be comfortable with expressing Yes We Vibe culture & our values

- Good learning ability allowing you to a large amount of information on the product and services offered;

- Great multitasking skills and strong autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

- Availability to travel (annual company gathering)

- Own their own equipment (PC, monitor, headset, etc.)

SALARY INFORMATION & ADVANTAGES
- Salary of $400 USD per month (40 hours a week)

- Work from home

- Vacation paid: 1 week per year
