Website Support Specialist

Our growing US based digital marketing agency needs an experienced Website Support Specialist. Apply to join our small Filipino web team.

Responsibilities: Provides service and support to website and hosting clients, resolving urgent issues and referring other work to our development team. Reports to Client services Manager

Are you or have you been involved with technical support? Are you experienced in working with WordPress websites?

• Respond to client chat, emails and phone calls
• Plan and manage on-boarding of new hosting clients.
• Perform simple HTML and WordPress website edits
• Educate, guide, and train clients on the proper use of their websites
• Manage tickets and tasks for multiple clients in our management system.
• Prepare and send hosting reports to clients

Requirements:
• Excellent English skills – verbal and written
• At least 2 years of technical experience with WordPress
• Ability to communicate well with non-technical clients
• Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize issues
• A high technical aptitude is a must. We need people who know how WordPress websites work, inside and out.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
