you must have the ability to answer incoming telephone calls AND make outgoing calls as well... you will need to learn the real estate business sufficiently enough to answer and direct emails and various other administrative tasks. you will need to be available to work 9-6PM PST. Monday - Friday. (as we are in Vancouver BC) Suffering through brown out power outages is not an option so you must have a back up plan for when that occurs. reliable phone and computer services are a must. $350 - $500 a month for the right candidate
Previous experience in the real estate industry would be a bonus but not mandatory.
you MUST:
-have some sort of previous VA experience
-pleasant speaking voice that is fluent in English
-ability to accept incoming call AND outgoing calls to Vancouver
- some sort of call display so outbound calls will not show a Philippines phone number or blocked call
- reliable computer and internet service
need a resume and references.
