Product Technique Support Position
• Responsibilities
o Respond to customer requests for assistance with company’s products at the post-sales stage
o Solve technique problems encountered by customers via telephone, emails, or remote desktop sessions
o Share product feedbacks to development group or product team for a better user experience
• Qualifications
o With excellent English written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to problem solving and troubleshooting skills
o Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s or College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
o Logical thinking and flexibility
o Sense of responsibility, team spirit and resilience
o Excellent analytical ability and organizational skills
