Credit Advisor Call Representative

We are seeking a full time advisor/customer service agent to help clients see success in their business by guiding them to take the steps that will help them build their business credit. Ideal candidates are dependable, passionate about helping clients and comfortable on the phone for most of their day as the Advising team currently processes approximately 100 calls a day.

Salary is $5-5.50usd/hour starting wage. We also offer full-time employees several paid US holidays per year and 5 paid personal leave days per year.

Must speak perfect English and provide a voice recording.

Strong computer experience is required as advisors help business owners through an online system that we have created to establish strong business foundation items and serve as a helping guide on how to build business credit.

The Advisor’s job is to consult with clients over the phone and by email. We average at least 10 inbound and outbound calls per hour. We work from a software system called ZenDesk where you will solves tasks, respond to emails and make phone calls.

Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
Language: English (Required)
Spanish (Preferred)
Zendesk Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

You must have high-speed internet, at least 20 mpbs, and provide your own computer and headset.
