Virtual assistant for fashion and style website

---------- is a leading website on fashion for women over 40 and we are looking for a new editorial assistant.

The company

40plusstyle helps women over 40 feel and look better in their day to day ---------- addition we feature stories of strong women and help women reach their full potential. Much more than just an online blog and magazine, we have a very strong community, a style club and offer courses on various topics.

Your role

As our editorial assistant you will help with daily tasks like:

- Finallsing the blog and articles
- Create images and collages for our blog posts
- Find good products and link to them
- Add posts and images to our social media schedule
- Create workbooks for our programs

You will be part of a growing company that has big plans for the future. You will be directly working with our editor and myself.

We are looking for someone that can work for us full time and can take on additional tasks in the future as ---------- 's important that you can commit long term.

Job requirements

- Able to communicate well in english
- You have an eye for detail to ensure that images look pixel perfect
- Good knowledge of photoshop or Fireworks
- Ability to edit images and create great visuals
- Eye for design
- Knowledge of Wordpress
- An affinity with fashion and a good sense of style
- Ability to follow instructions from our standard operating procedures and take independent action
- Willingness to commit to this job long-term
- must be available during working hours during the day (but working times can be flexible). I'm in the same time zone as the Phillipines (Singapore)

Bonus skills:
- Good knowledge of apple programs like Pages and Keynote
- customer support experience
- An eye for style and an ability to create style collages
