designer for shirts

Hello, I need a designer for my t-shirts. The designer should be familiar with the common image editing programs and have them available (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop).
I'd like to start with about 10 designs a month and if everything works the way I want it to, I'd like to increase the number a bit.

You have to be creative for the work.
I will tell you what kind of picture I would like and you would create it for ---------- itially I can pay $5 per design.
If everything works, I can negotiate the price.
