PROJECT MANAGER (SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT)

The Project Manager is primarily responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating project team to achieve a high level of performance and quality in developing software solution that provides remarkable business values to users. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects in a fast-paced environment that requires coordination and communication with project mangers from the client side and other business division.

QUALIFICATIONS:
> Graduate of Computer Science/Information Technology or other related fields;
> Has at least 2 years of experience as Project Manager in the field of software development;
> Has good understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit in project and business environment;
> Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development team and to be able to accurately evaluate complex project risks and issues;
> Analytical and with strong organizational skills, good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
> Highly collaborative and team oriented.
