Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist will handle end-to-end recruitment from understanding of the vacancy, sourcing, evaluation, hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications-
-Must have graduated from a reputable college/university
-At least 3 years relevant recruitment experience from executive search firm and or BPO with fast-paced work environment.
-Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to discuss and influence hiring managers and stakeholders as needed.
-Strong operational discipline- able to manage time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes.
-Able to work gracefully under pressure and works in timeline driven environment.
