We are pooling for our first batch of agents for a work at home call center in the cloud. Shout out to our future rockstars! We are a smart, nimble, and kind-hearted team with big ambitions. Be a part of it!
If you have at least two years of experience in the BPO industry with an excellent command of the English language- We want you!
Schedules: US Timezones, depending on what account you will handle.

Salary range: Depending on Experience.
Tier one $2.50 $4.50 per hour
Tier two (ELITE) $4.75-$6.25 per hour

Job Description:
• Determines requirements by working with customers.
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
• Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
• Maintains call center database by entering information.
• Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
• Multitasker
• Positive attitude
• Great attention to detail
• Adaptable
• Ability to build rapport
• Grit and Empathy towards possible irate customers.

System Requirements:
• Noise cancelling headset
• Minimum 8 gig Ram
• Minimum 8 mbps download and 1 mbps upload speed (wired)
• Processor: i5 and up.
• Back up computer must have the same specs listed above.
• Back up internet must have the same speed as above. Strictly no usb power sticks.
