Graphic Designer

We are a small IT consulting firm based in the USA. Our core business is providing managed IT services, though we also do some web design and custom software. We have about ten employees spread across the US, Pakistan and the Philippines. Our clients are all in the USA, with the majority of them on Eastern Time.

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to bring on for regular, part-time work. The ideal candidate will be experienced, self-motivated, artistic, creative, diligent, and versatile. He or she will also be familiar with and adherent to design best practices.

Among the types of projects we have are:
1. Logo redesign/refresh
2. Website redesign
3. Letterhead template
4. Printed marketing material template(s)
5. E-newsletter templates
6. Promotional/branding work

While this position does not require interaction with our clients, the right candidate must be proficient in English so that we can adequately communicate our needs, goals, project feedback, etc.

Qualifications:
1. Advanced to expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and inDesign).
2. A sizable, well-organized online portfolio of showcasing a variety of different works (please include a link in your application).
3. 2+ years experience managing design projects with a demonstrated track record of delivering projects on deadline.
4. The ability to work independently with minimal direct oversight.
5. Demonstrated artistic and creative ability
6. Experience with creating marketing materials, logos, branding, and web design.
