JOB OVERVIEW

Here at Next Level Media, we're looking for someone to join our team...

You see Miles is now a fully fledged partner within the business but he didn't start out like ---------- es started out just like YOU!

He came in at the bottom, but the thing about Miles is this! He's different, he worked hard EVERY DAY!

He showed Up EVERY DAY!

He learned the ropes and as the company grew he grew with the company.

You see, we're not looking for 'just any old employee' we're potentially looking for a new partner.

But you have to start at the bottom…

This is what we’re offering;

Our company is looking to hire someone who can follow direction, work independently, communicate effectively (in English), and can execute specific tasks to ensure the job is done properly and on time.

You will be required to engage in conversations with prospects via LinkedIn messenger with the goal of scheduling calls for our sales team.

You will not need to have product knowledge, but you will need to have solid communication skills to drive the flow of the conversation.

You will be responsible for managing the responses and conversations from all 5 of our LinkedIn accounts with the goal to book a minimum of 50 calls a month, so that’s 10 from each account (easy)

Here are the tools you will use for this position:
- LinkedIn
- InfusionSoft
- Calendly
- Google Docs

You will be working alongside our Marketing director and interacting with the team on our team communication channel DAILY, with a weekly campaign check in telling us how many calls you’ve booked and what we are looking like for the following week.

This is a full-time position which you will be required to work during normal U.S. business hours (8 am - 4 pm CST).

COMPENSATION;

If you pass this first stage then you will move into round 2 and then hopefully the final interview round where we will pick our new addition to the team.

During the first 90 days probationary period the compensation is structured as follows;

$400 per month (with bonus milestones for hitting higher call targets)

AFTER the 90-day probationary period is over you will be eligible for the following;

- $500 per month base salary
- SSS (social security)
- PhilHealth (social medical insurance)
- Pag-Ibig (social housing fund)
- Bonus Pay for surpassing monthly call targets
- 13th Month Bonus
- Internet Allowance subsidy

You are scheduling 10-minute discovery calls for Stan. Stan can only take calls Wed-Fri between 10 am and 3:00 pm. On Monday morning, you open LinkedIn Messenger and see the following message from John (a prospect) who responded to a message about the service we offer:
