Property Manager

We are looking for a reliable, positive problem-solver to handle the management of about 40 properties in the US. This is a position which requires positive attitude, ability to adapt and learn fast and work in a fast passed environment. We need to have someone who will commit to this position full time.

Requirements:
- Fast PC and internet connection
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluen in English
- Commit to hour 9.30 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time (Including 30 minutes break)
- Excel
- Ability to handle phone calls during the above mentioned hours
