allround VA and social media manager

I am a female business owner and I am looking for a VA assistant. Parttime for 20 hours, for now, and this may increase when the business grows with your outstanding effort.

I am an international speaker and business coach and trainer. Most of my clients are high-end female business owners. So I need somebody who is very PRECISE AND ACCURATE. I cannot afford it when you make sloppy mistakes.

I am looking for someone who can work with the following programs that I use.
- Active Campaign (email autoresponder and marketing system)
- Canva to create graphics
Wunderlist (To monitor your tasks and output)
Google drive
video editing programs

Please DO NOT apply if you:
- Have no high-speed internet
- Cannot work your 5 hours per day between the timeframe of 3 - 10 pm your time.
- Cannot work your 5 days a week from Monday - Friday
- Your English writing and pronunciation is not outstanding
- Cannot do all the taks listed below here


The tasks that you will do are:
- writing blogs (every 2 weeks)
- writing social media posts (every day)
- find events where I can speak (weekly)
- send social media posts on FB, Twitter, and Instagram( every day)
- Find leads on LinkedIn with the system I have created, (every week)
- Creating FB-events and promote these (every week)
- create graphics
- adding text or making changes to web pages (whenever this is needed)
- edit video's (weekly)
- monitor online community (whenever this is needed)
- make invoice from a standard template (whenever is needed)
- Inviting people for events (whenever is needed)
- Create Facebook events
- Create automated emails in the system Active Campaign (whenever is needed)
- promote events that I organize
- Make the website SEO friendly also the blog posts
- and more tasks may come later.

I ask you to copy this above list, and specify per task how well you can do this specific task form 1-10. 10 is very good 1 is not.
