LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO JOIN OUR FACEBOOK ADS TEAM

I'm looking for a contractor to join our team as a Facebook Ads Manager

This will be a contractor position at first with the potential to be full time.
*I am not looking for an agency to fulfill this work.*

-You need to have experience in creating Facebook ad campaigns and running/managing them month-to-month.
-You should be fluent in English copywriting or have someone on your staff that can do copywriting.
-You need to be able to work without a lot of oversight, meaning you will have creative control over the accounts/ads.
-Experience in creative/visual media design is a plus!

This position will be managing different clients (mainly in the eCommerce space, selling digital/info products through various sales funnels).
I am looking for someone with proven eComm experience.
This is for someone that can manage & scale campaigns, do simple reporting, and also consult on ways to improve existing campaigns.
You need to have a complete understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Power Editor, Targeting, Ad Analytics, Retargeting campaigns, various scaling tactics, etc.
You must also be familiar with what landing pages and sales funnels are.
