PROJECT CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Civil Engineering
- Preferably with at least 5 years of Project Site experience in Civil Engineering
- Proficient in Autocad, PERT CPM, Bill of Materials, Manpower Schedule and other Project Management tools
- Background in horizontal construction, specifically Road Traffic Management is an advantage
- Resides within Western Visayas, preferably near Iloilo area
- Willing to travel and be assigned in different project sites

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Supervises the overall daily operation in the project construction site, ensuring compliance with contract design, company H&S policies, and quality control standards
- Provides effective and efficient plan of work which includes scheduling of manpower, equipment, tools and materials
- Maintains safety, order and quality on the project site
- Prepares Project Progress Report, Material Inventory and Cost Report, Progress Billing, and other reports that may be required
- Surveys, designs, tests, standardizes, documents, implements and maintains projects
