IT Specialist (OJT)

Job Description:
IT Specialist trainee must support the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems. They must troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers. They run software updates backups when requested. IT interns may participate in the development of new desktops, servers or applications. They may research hosting options and report pricing and system options to supervisors. They may also research unusual bugs or issues the company encounters.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary project will be to work with the IT Infrastructure and Application Operation team to develop script to automate the service process. Other duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Make enhancement and fix bugs on existing internal application
• Work with IT Specialist process analyst to create smart workflow by identifying automation opportunity
• Develop automated function or application by writing code/script
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:
• With knowledge in CCTV systems
• Must be ready to assist the IT in installing CCTV
• Experience with Java, C#, HTML
• Self-starter with good communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple items at a time, prioritizing work
• Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve and think analytically in a fast-paced environment
• Must be currently enrolled from an accredited university pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming or comparable degree
