Finance Associate Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees the Treasury Associate and Credit Analyst
• Analyze general ledger accounts
• Responsible for all bank transactions and tax compliance
• Reviews and monitors inter-company transactions, accounts payable, and account receivables
• Responsible for month-end closing (ie. Balance sheet reconciliation)
• Reviews expense reports
• Responsible for the renewal of Business Permit, RPT, and Annual Registration
• Prepares Purchase Order
• Coordinates with external auditors
• Other (special) tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accoutancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 2 to 4 years of work related experience
• Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (near Starmall)

SKILLS:
• Financial analysis and communication skills
• Computer literate (Excel and PowerPoint)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient in verbal and written English
