We are an American fashion ECommerce company that has been around for 15 years and we are looking for an individual to help us with our online presence with primary focus on customer service.
We are looking for a virtual assistant to help with projects tasks primarily with customer service.
We’re looking to work on a long term basis with our potential virtual staff.

Salary: Paid by the hour
Knowledge or previous customer service experience with for fashion company is a big plus. Kindly submit your resume along with any relevant track records.

Good communication and writing skills
Native English speaker or equivalent level required
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
User of Google Gmail email platform
Knowledge of ECommerce / Amazon is a plus

Job description:
Keep track of customer comments on Amazon & website
Communicate and respond to every feedback for all our sales channel especially Amazon US & UK
Help create customer communication templates
Read and respond to customer emails (especially weekend)
Assist with customer orders over weekend
Live online chat service with customers
Data entry for customer database
Assist in other project tasks in time (Such as SEO, market research, linking, blog management, etc)
