Results-Oriented Project Manager For Facebook Marketing Agency (Full-Time, March 8 Starting Date)

We are a fast-growing Facebook marketing agency that helps law firms promote their in-person seminars and events using Facebook sales funnels. We build Facebook ads, landing pages and emails to promote seminars/events.

We are looking for one talented Project Manager to manage our operations and all of our clients' ad campaigns. Our clients are estate planning law firms that host monthly seminars. We help them set up Facebook campaigns to help them attract people to attend their seminars.

You'll be working with a team of two people from the Philippines: a Facebook Ad Specialist that builds and manages the Facebook ads, and a Funnel Builder who builds the landing pages and emails. You'll also be coordinating projects with contractors, such as copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors.

Scope of Work:
- Building out SOPs and systems
- Running existing SOPs and systems smoothly
- Planning and executing projects
- Ensuring Facebook campaigns are planned, launched, and managed on time and smoothly
- Managing a team of two of our full-time employees (Facebook Ad Specialist and Funnel Builder)
- Managing with contractors, such as copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors
- Setting deadlines and timelines for monthly campaigns
- Tracking key numbers and preparing reports
- Providing solutions for problems
- Communicating with clients, giving them updates, and anwering their questions.

Our Ideal Team Member:
- Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience with Facebook marketing agencies
- Smart and hard working - No excuses
- Can solve problems on their own
- Thrive in small teams (we have a team of 3)
- Fluent in English
- Fast computer and fast internet (If you have internet/computer problems that will force you to miss work, you probably won't be a good fit. We need to team member who's responsible and have the capability to launch and manage time-sensitive campaigns without internet/computer problems)
- Can work 8 hours a day in the afternoon and evening (13:00 - 17:00; 18:00 - 22:00 - Work 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
