Accountant- Property Management

I'm looking for a part time Accountant to close out a set of books for 35 properties and open up new ones. We use Appfolio to manage our properties. Previous experience with AppFolio is a requirement, The ideal candidate would be able to clean up our current accounts and close them out. Become a part of the new team to start growing the business.

Duties include:
Accounts payable/receivable
Manage Tenant Ledgers
Charge Late Fees
Sending out statements
Reconciling bank accounts
Setting up bank accounts
Set up marketing ads and input them into appfolio and craigslist.
