T-shirt designer

Hello,
we are currently searching for a good shirt designer. Summer market starts soon that's why we are going to release a ton of new designs in future. That's why we are looking for a long-term job position.

What we offer:
- $0,5 per Design (not negotiable)
- extra payment for exceptionally good work
-the opportunity to deliver up to 20 Designs per Day (it can increase over the next Months up to 40 designs per day if you want)

What we expect:
- constant delivery of the chosen number of designs
- motivated workers
- the ability to “think” like our prospects and customers
- to think along and come to creative ideas independently


Please provide us with a Portfolio of yours so we can check out if we like your past designs.
Please make sure that all of the designs are selfmade and the copywrite is yours!
