Flash Developer - Banner Advertisements

We will design a 300x250 display ad then pass off a frame by frame storyboard in order to complete the animation of the 300x250. Once the 300x250 is complete and approved we'll then ask that you apply that concept to other display ad sizes such as 728x90 and 160x600.
