JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. This is a part time position with potential for full time employment.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and more. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype. Strong command of spoken and written English is required.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Skip Trace phone numbers and e-mails (names and addresses will be provided).
Make cold calls to prospects and screen for qualified leads.
Schedule appointments (script and training provided).
Respond to emails and phone calls
Schedule meetings
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize managers’ calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Provide customer service as first point of contact (phone and e-mail).

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS NEEDED:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, google drive, Skype and ----------
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Drive)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer-service and presentation skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus


NICE TO HAVE:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Two (2) years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred
