About The Role:
Room to grow: We like to promote from within, in 3 months we will review your position to possibly promote you to Associate Technical Lead (Associate Software Engineer Lead) with salary increase.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join our development team as a full contributing member, building new features, maintaining our existing codebase, and solving all sorts of technical problems. We build everything from tools for our internal sales and management teams to external applications for our day-to-day customers. Whether you’re building a new responsive UI component, optimizing a particularly nasty API call, or designing a database schema, you’ll be empowered to build it the right way, and because we’re a small team, everything we do has a big impact on the way we operate.

Your Responsibilities
* Build it - translate feature requirements and use cases into production-ready, heavily-tested applications
* Maintain it - make sure our applications stay up and high-performing, and troubleshoot issues when they crop up
* Leave it better than you found it - have an eye towards performance and code maintenance with every change you make
* Collaborate - stay up-to-date on technology trends and best-practices, and share those thoughts with the team through code reviews and chat
* Write lots of bug-free, efficient, scalable, and reusable code.
* Unit test and take responsibility for the quality of your own code.
* Coach, encourage, and mentor your fellow software developers.
* Provide input on our architecture, databases, and APIs.
* Consult with product managers to define, scope and plan new features.
* Consult with senior leadership concerning corporate direction and strategic planning.
* Work with QA to ensure that cohesive, quality, usable solutions are produced.
* Test, evaluate and recommend technologies to improve our overall solutions.
* Be a key participant in our agile development process.
* Produce excellent documentation.?

Your Qualifications
* 4+ years professional development experience.
* Experience building enterprise-level web applications
* Experience building enterprise-level desktop applications
* Experience with Object Oriented Programming
* Experience in Ruby is a plus but we are always open to the best tool for the job
* Experience working with relational databases (we use PostgreSQL)
* Familiarity with some JS frameworks – Vue experience is especially helpful
* Experience with Git
* Experience with some automated build tool (Maven, SBT, Travis, Jenkins)
* Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
* Experience working with new technologies that may not be fully documented yet
* Experience communicating technology to non-technical people
* Experience with Python, HTML, CSS, Java, Ruby, C/C++, C#, Perl, SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell, R, .NET, Node.js
* Experience with TypeScript, ---------- , F#, T-SQL/U-SQL is a plus?
