I need a online Sales Coordinator

We are an online printing shop that provides printing solutions on apparels, large format prints and corporate gift.

We are looking for an online VA to manage our enquiry email box where clients will send in enquiries and the task to the request for quotation.

The candidate must be well verse in english and will require to do the following task:
1) Manage and Reply Email via the enquiry mailbox
2) Do simple calculation and reply client with the quotation and invoice
3) Do simple artwork via photoshop to show the client the layout of the prints (T-Shirts, Apparels, Name cards, Posters etc..)
4) To liaise with the supplier to process the job upon order confirmation
4) Help to update website content
