Accurate BookKeeper required to enter Supplier Invoices on a daily basis

We have a Point of Sale system called Erply which requires the Supplier invoices to be entered on a daily basis, checking product codes are in the system, supplier charges are correct, and ensuring that the stock on the invoice is allocated to the correct branch of our business. These Supplier invoices would be scanned to you on a daily/hourly basis from six locations, and we would require them to be inputted that day to ensure at all times that the stock holding is correct.
