General Transcriptionist

Freelance, or Independent Contractor Transcriptionists are required to transcribe one-on-one interviews and focus groups for academic clients.

OutScribe is a long-established Australian company and we are now expanding our services.

We need multiple transcribers for on-going ---------- is mostly interviews performed within Australia and may often involve technical lingo that relates to industrial sectors or academic research. The audio sometimes involves ESL, can have less than ideal audio quality and is frequently long > 60 mins.

Only experienced transcriptionists who are seeking a long term relationship need ---------- eelancers will have:
• Experience transcribing Australian accents and various audio qualities
• Experience with clean and verbatim transcription
• Minimum 70 WPM

Requirements:
• Sign an NDA and contract
• Adhere to a 3 day turnaround
• Maintain a 97+% accuracy standard
• Maintain professional communication

Pay Rate:
• AUD $0.65 per audio minute (jobs always calculated in AUD)
• Payment will be via PayPal
• Surcharges applied to focus group
