JOB OVERVIEW

To manage customer service and sales inquiries (live chat & Voice) for trade based Australian business (Roofing Company), while providing administration support for customer booking & invoicing processes.

Full time role, not project based, where you will be a permanent member of the company. Hours are 9am – 5.30 AEST.
Currently we are 3 hours in front, so hours will be 6am-2.30 local time – in daylight saving times of year it is 2 hours behind, so will be 7am-3.30pm

Skills required:
Strong customer focus and customer management skills- our customers are Number 1
Zopim/Zendesk Live chat experience
Data entry and accuracy – Managing manual documentation and processing of customer enquiries and scheduling
Voice enquiries for service & sales – Extremely good language skills are required, experience with Australian company is ideal, but not necessary
Strong computer skills, ability to work as one team with teams members in Australia remotely – We work with the motto “One team, one dream”, regardless of where you are located
Basic skills and experience across MS suite (Particularly Excel, word, MS Teams)
Very good and reliable internet connection and computer with video calling capability is a must for effective work
