We are USA based business selling our own custom branded products on Amazon USA. We are in the top 1% of all Amazon sellers and are looking for someone who can help us with the operations and supply chain side of our business including inventory management, product sourcing or procurement, and logistics, supplier communication, etc. Our suppliers are in China and you will be in direct contact with them. The time commitment will be a minimum of 40 hours/wk and you must not be working for any other companies. We offer you competitive pay, incentives, and long term stability. We are a small but quickly growing company and you will become a crucial part of our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calculations regarding inventory ordering/forecasting and deciding many units should be sent via sea vs air
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and product inspection companies on reorders.
- Keep all inventory items organized and up to date in our internal systems
- Find and communicate with new suppliers on Alibaba
- Other tasks that come up – we want you to be excited to learn new things and tackle new problems as they arise!
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Inventory Management
- Past Amazon experience is a plus but not required
- Excel
Soft Skills Required:
- Very detail oriented
- You are persistent in finding the best solution to problems
- You like learning and figuring out new things
- You are able to handle many tasks at once
- You ask questions if I don't give you details you need to complete the tasks or you are not sure how I want something done
- You have good written English
