Project Engineer

• Prepares construction budget for the project (manpower / labor cost and material cost
• Prepares construction timeline/ GANTT Chart
• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings.
• Interact daily with the clients as needed to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Prepares weekly progress report of project and status of each assignment or scope of work
• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Inventory of equipment of each site / project
• Coordinates with all projects related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance)
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Monitoring of budget and expenses for each project
• Cost cutting measurements

Project Architect

• Responsible for architectural design and planning on commercial or residential projects that are assigned.
• Prepares reports and general specifications as assigned, coordinates with manufacturers, and inspects raw materials.
• Responsible for preparing estimates and architectural plans as requested.
• Performs plan reviews of architectural / engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
• Meets with clients and team members to establish project parameters, coordinate the flow of information within the team, and manage the project timeline.
• Interfaces with, and coordinates the efforts of engineering / outside consultant team during design and construction
• Ensuring that the team is working effectively and keeping to schedule and budget
• Prepares material board for architectural and finishing materials.
• Prepares weekly progress report of project and status of each assignment or scope of work.
