Job brief:
Our fast growing family is seeking a motivated QA Engineer to help take our team to the next level by supporting the planning, design and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations. We’re looking for a professional who can quickly absorb, retain and apply knowledge. The successful candidate will undergo a light onboarding process then take over the role.

Responsibilities:

Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.

Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage ---------- velop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.

Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.

Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.

Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.

Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.

Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.


Requirements:

+3 years of relevant QA technical experience
Knowledge in testing tools such as JIRA/Redmine, Testlink/Zephyr, JMeter, SOAP UI, Postman, Confluence, SonarQube and ---------- tomation testing (Mobile and Web) - Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, etc...
Ability to provide test estimates.
Ability to proactively learn and apply test design principles
Ability to create tests from stories/requirements/use cases
Ability to execute tests and record test results
Ability to create effective test reporting.
Ability to setup a project for automated testing.
Team spirit; strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and clients
Fluent spoken and proficient written English
Good time-management skills

Continuous improvement orientation
